In 2025, H10 Hotels has reinforced its growth strategy in the urban luxury segment with the acquisition of two new establishments for its The One by H10 Hotels brand: The One Alma Paris and The One Monumental Palace in Porto. With these additions, the company expands its presence in the urban luxury segment in European cities where it already had a presence in Lisbon and Barcelona.

The One Alma Paris: Parisian elegance with privileged views next to the Eiffel Tower In May 2025, the chain acquired The One Alma Paris, an exclusive five-star hotel with 40 rooms located in the prestigious 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of the French capital, just a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower.
The hotel is located in a majestic Parisian-style building on Rue Cognacq-Jay and features interior design based on fine materials, Art Deco pieces, and a carefully curated private collection of contemporary art. Among its facilities, Le Sommet Rooftop Lounge stands out, a panoramic space located on the seventh floor from which guests can enjoy privileged views of the rooftops of Paris and the top of the Eiffel Tower.
In addition, the hotel has the Despacio Spa at The One, a wellness area for the exclusive use of guests, designed as a space of calm in the heart of the city.
The One Monumental Palace, an iconic establishment in the heart of Porto
In the same vein, in November 2025, the company expanded its presence in Portugal, where it already has two other hotels in Lisbon, with the addition of The One Monumental Palace. This is a five-star hotel with 76 rooms located on Avenida dos Aliados, in the heart of Porto’s historic centre.
The establishment is housed in a majestic neoclassical building dating back to 1923, formerly the site of the iconic Café Monumental, which has been carefully restored to preserve its heritage value. The hotel is positioned as one of the city’s leading luxury establishments, particularly for its gastronomic offerings, housing a bar and three restaurants, one of which, Le Monument, has been awarded a Michelin star and two suns.
The magnificent Le Grand Bleu wellness centre and three event rooms complete the range of services on offer.
