Emirates is anticipating a return to 100% of its network within the coming days, the Dubai-based carrier has said, in the first glimmer of hope for a return to normal travel since the outbreak of war in the Middle East last week.

Emirates has, this week, along with other carriers being flying repatriation flights out of the region for stranded tourists. Following a partial reopening of regional airspace, the airline is now operating a reduced flight schedule while working to restore full network operations.
To that end, Emirates is anticipating a return to 100% of its network “within the coming days”, subject to airspace availability and the fulfilment of all operational requirements.
“Safety, as ever, remains paramount as is our duty of care,” the airline said.
By the weekend, Emirates should be running at 60% of its normal network.
