Leading global travel technology company Sabre has appointed Todd Arthur Managing Director, EMEA Agency Solutions.
Based in London, he will lead Sabre’s agency business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa at a pivotal moment for travel retailing, as agencies contend with content fragmentation, rising operational complexity and rapidly evolving traveller expectations.

He will drive the next phase of Sabre Mosaic™ Travel Marketplace growth in the region, helping agencies simplify multi-source shopping, booking and servicing through a single, cloud-native workflow, while also advancing Sabre’s agentic solutions.
“EMEA is a critical growth region for Sabre,” said Andy Finkelstein, Chief Commercial Officer, Travel Marketplace at Sabre. “Our focus is on helping agencies translate the breadth of our content offering and platform capability into day-to-day commercial performance. With Sabre Mosaic Travel Marketplace and our agentic APIs, agencies can enrich their offerings to clients and participate in new channels of demand. Todd’s leadership strengthens our ability to execute that strategy in EMEA and support agencies as they grow.”
Mr Arthur brings a highly global leadership profile, with more than two decades in corporate travel and travel technology spanning Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. He joins the EMEA role after serving in senior Sabre leadership positions across agency commercial strategy and global corporate solutions, and has held management and business development roles at other organisations including BCD Travel, Finnair and Malaysia Airlines.

“EMEA is a region where agencies are scaling fast and expect technology to continuously evolve,” said Todd Arthur, Managing Director, EMEA Agency Solutions at Sabre.
“The focus now is execution: helping agencies activate what Sabre has already built, while advancing the platform to enable faster deployment, greater consistency across markets and scalable growth without added complexity. With a strong EMEA organisation in place, the priority is delivering repeatable, commercial results today and long-term value across the region.”
Mr Arthur will also work closely with Sabre’s developer and partner ecosystem in Europe to extend Sabre Mosaic™ Travel Marketplace and bring MCP server-orchestrated agentic workflows into the agency tools travellers and agents already use.
