Blue Insurance Launches Real-Time Delay Feature as part of Premier Plus Travel Insurance Policies

Blue Insurance has announced the launch of Real Time Travel Delay, a brand‑new enhancement that will now be automatically included as standard within all our Premier Plus travel insurance policies.

This upgrade is designed to give travel agents’ customers faster, smarter, and more seamless support when their travel plans don’t go as expected.

Real Time Travel Delay uses live travel data to detect qualifying delays as they happen. Once a customer registers their flight in advance, any delay of three hours or more will trigger an automatic benefit: a VIP airport lounge pass or a €30 cash payout if lounge access is not available at the airport in question, delivered in real-time without the need to submit a claim or provide proof of delay.

This means:
