
James Howlett has been appointed Sales and Distribution Director for Solmar Villas.
He will assume the position from the end of April and joins from his role as Sales Director UK & EMEA at Hurtigruten.
Mr Howlett has over a decade of experience in the travel industry, including spells at Fred. Holidays, Uniworld and Collette. In the newly created role, Howlett will lead and scale the sales function across B2B and B2C channels, shaping and executing a sales and distribution strategy, developing the sales team, and growing relationships with key distribution partners including travel agents, tour operators and OTAs.
