Minor Hotels – the Thai owner of Anantara Hotels, NH Hotels and others – has posted a strong set of financial results for 2025.
The group – which is active in Ireland through its ownership of the Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel – said RevPAR grew 4% last year, core profit was ahead by 32% and occupancy levels grew to 68%. On the development side of things, the group opened 23 hotels – across its various brands – and signed for 40 more.
Dillip Rajakarier, Group CEO of Minor International, the parent company of Minor Hotels, said: “The quality of our growth is becoming as important as the pace of our growth. By expanding through management and franchise partnerships while retaining a disciplined ownership position, we are pursuing an asset-right approach that supports earnings resilience. Together with strong system-wide demand, this helped deliver a record year of profit in 2025 and positions us well for further growth in 2026.
