Aer Lingus Regional Announces New Dublin-Tours Route

Aer Lingus Regional has announced a new direct service between Dublin and the French city of Tours, which is seen as the traditional urban entry point to the Loire Valley wine region.

The new summer route will start on June 6 and run until August 29; flying once a week on Saturdays.

Aer Lingus Regional – which is operated by Emerald Airlines – also runs services between Dublin and Rennes and Brest.

“As the only direct service between the two cities, this flight makes it easier than ever for travellers to explore the Loire Valley, with its stunning châteaux, world-class wines and picturesque towns,” Emerald Airlines’ head of commercial, Ian Lough, said.
