Leading travel management company FROSCH Ireland – which recently celebrated its 25th year in Ireland – has appointed luxury travel expert Paula Cross senior sales and business development executive.
With over 35 years of experience in the travel industry, Ms Cross joins FROSCH Ireland as Senior Sales and Business Development Executive, bringing with her a wealth of expertise across corporate, group, and luxury travel.
Ms Cross began her career in 1989 with Flair Travel, where she helped manage arrangements for U2 and several major film companies — a fast-paced introduction to an industry she still loves today. From there, she went on to gain experience across multiple areas of the business, including corporate and group travel, before stepping into management roles in companies such as Corporate Travel Partners (later FCM Travel Solutions) and Irish Rugby Tours.
Her time at Irish Rugby Tours sparked a long-standing love of sport and travel logistics, managing inbound itineraries for international teams training and competing in Ireland. She later returned to her first passion, outbound travel, and spent over a decade self-employed under the Platinum Travel license. During that time, Paula became known for her meticulous planning, creative approach, and ability to craft luxury itineraries that perfectly matched her clients’ expectations.
At FROSCH Ireland, she will play a key role in supporting the continued expansion of the company’s leisure division and assisting with the smooth integration of John Galligan Travel following its recent acquisition. Her focus is on building and strengthening supplier relationships, driving strategic growth opportunities, and helping shape the future of FROSCH’s leisure offering in Ireland.
