Shane Cullen interviews Eithne Williamson (Vice-President for the UK, Ireland and EMEA for Princess Cruises) in the latest episode of the Coffee Break series. Driven by the continued growth of Princess Cruises’ markets in the UK and Europe, Eithne’s team has been given additional responsibility to expand across the EMEA region. With Eithne Williamson leading, the Princess Cruises UK and Europe team is now also responsible for the commercial, sales, and marketing & communication across the wider EMEA region, as well as the UK and Ireland.  

Eithne Williamson & Team Supporting Irish Travel Market

Eithne Williamson details the Princess Cruises’ team looking after the Irish market, including Abbie Cook – Sales Manager of Ireland | Princess Cruises, who is supported by Mark Bellows (Senior Sales Manager of Ireland & EMEA), Danielle Gordon (Sales Operations) and newly appointed Mike Pack (National Training & Engagement Manager).

Eithne shares the highlights from the christening ceremony of Star Princess, the latest addition to the Princess Cruises fleet and sister to Sun Princess, the latest in the Sphere Class.

She shares her personal experience on a Princess Cruises holiday, plus plans for the cruise company, including 9 ships sailing the Caribbean and five homeports, including Fort Lauderdale, Port Canaveral, San Juan and New York. Plus, Miami will become a fifth port in 2027/2028. Itineraries will also include calls to Celebration Key, their upcoming private destination.

Finally, Princess Cruises’ Travel Agent Family Days will return in 2026 with days in both Cobh and Dublin.
