H10 Hotels strengthens its international presence with three new hotels and relaunches its Loyalty Program

During Fitur, H10 Hotels presented its end-of-2025 highlights, including new openings in France, Portugal and Mexico, as well as its new projects for this year with the relaunch of its Loyalty Program, which will be renamed H10 Rewards.

Two new The One by H10 Hotels properties

In 2025, H10 Hotels added two new properties to its urban luxury hotel division, The One by H10 Hotels, further expanding its presence in major European cities such as Paris and Porto.

In May 2025, the chain added The One Alma Paris, an exclusive 5-star hotel with 40 rooms located in the prestigious 7th arrondissement of the French capital, just a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Housed in an elegant Parisian-style building, the hotel stands out for its sophisticated interior design, combining fine materials, Art Deco pieces and a carefully curated private collection of contemporary art.

One of the property’s most attractive areas is the Le Sommet Rooftop Lounge, a panoramic space on the seventh floor, fully glazed and offering magnificent views over the rooftops of Paris and the top of the Eiffel Tower.

Continuing this European expansion, in November 2025 H10 Hotels added to its portfolio The One Monumental Palace, a 5-star, 76-room hotel located in the heart of Porto’s historic centre. The property occupies a neoclassical building dating from 1923 on the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, formerly home to the renowned Café Monumental.

Positioned as a benchmark for luxury in the city, the hotel features a bar and three restaurants, including L Monument restaurant, which boasts one Michelin star and two Repsol suns. Rounding out the range of services is the magnificent Le Grand Bleu wellness centre and three event rooms.

Its exclusive services and unique features have led the hotel to join several luxury consortia, such as The Leading Hotels of the World, which brings together the world’s most prestigious independent luxury hotels, as well as Fine Hotels and Resorts, Virtuoso, and others.

Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres: a new Only Adults resort in Costa Mujeres

In December 2025, the chain opened a newly built 5-star resort in the exclusive Costa Mujeres area, around 19 km from Cancún. This is the first resort in the new collection of premium properties aimed at the adult market: Ocean Allure Caribbean Resorts.

The complex is located on the seafront and blends seamlessly into a natural setting of mangroves, tropical jungle and a white-sand beach with crystal-clear waters. Its architecture, featuring low-rise white buildings, places the emphasis on the surrounding paradise.

Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres offers 599 spacious and bright suites with a marine-inspired, contemporary design, fully equipped with all the amenities and premium services. In addition, it provides a high-end All Inclusive dining experience with eight restaurants, including themed venues specialising in French, Italian, Mexican, Japanese cuisine and a steakhouse, as well as ten bars, some of them located on rooftops with sea views.

Among its facilities are several swimming pools, a wave pool for surfing, a lazy river, bowling alley, 24-hour gym, sports courts and a Despacio Spa Centre of over 1,000 m².

For guests seeking a higher level of exclusivity, the resort offers the Privilege, Exclusive Rooms and Services programme, which provides exclusive access to Superior Suites, facilities and private areas, butler service and premium amenities.

With this opening, the chain strengthens its presence in the premium hotel segment in the Caribbean, where it already operates four resorts in Mexico, two in the Dominican Republic and two in Jamaica.

H10 Hotels announces the launch of H10 Rewards, its renewed loyalty program

H10 Hotels will soon launch H10 Rewards, the evolution of its loyalty program, which will replace the current Club H10. The new program aims to take the guest experience to the next level without losing its original essence.

Under the slogan “The place to belong”, H10 Rewards is designed to reward customer loyalty from the very first stay and to make guests feel at home, appealing to that immediate sense of belonging experienced when entering the chain’s hotels. The program will introduce new tiers with exclusive benefits that recognise member loyalty, offer more points for each booking that translate into greater discounts as clients travel more, and provide priority access to promotions and unique advantages designed for program members. In addition, H10 Rewards will debut a new visual identity and a new website with a renewed, exclusive and distinctive brand image.

With the imminent launch of the program, the chain seeks to consolidate loyalty as a key pillar of its brand positioning and to strengthen long-term emotional ties with its clients.
