Moxy Dublin Docklands Wins ‘Best Newcomer’ at Docklands Business & Sustainability Awards

Moxy Dublin Docklands has been named ‘Best Newcomer’ at the Docklands Business & Sustainability Awards, a recognition that celebrates the hotel’s standout arrival in one of Dublin’s most vibrant and fast-evolving neighbourhoods.

The award, presented by the Docklands Business Forum (DBF), highlights the hotel’s positive impact since opening earlier this year. Rising 15 storeys above the River Tolka, Moxy Dublin Docklands has quickly become a lively hub for business and leisure guests, pairing industrial design with a playful energy and a social, welcoming atmosphere.

The Docklands Business Forum is a network of businesses, people and organisations committed to making the Docklands a more profitable place to do business, a better place to live, and a vibrant destination to visit. Its annual awards celebrate organisations that contribute to the area’s growing reputation as a centre for innovation, community and commercial life.

General Manager Sinéad Derham said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised as Best Newcomer by the Docklands Business Forum. Since opening, our focus has been on creating a space that reflects the spirit of the Docklands-energetic, welcoming and full of personality! This award is a wonderful endorsement of that vision and of the exceptional team behind the hotel.”

Located at East Wharf, East Wall Road, the hotel offers 183 design-led guestrooms with sweeping skyline views, a buzzing lobby overlooking the water, co-working corners, a 24/7 gym and the signature Moxy bar-check-in experience. Moxy Dublin Docklands also integrates sustainable practices and participates in Marriott’s Serve 360 programme.
