Yesterday heralded the Irish Travel Industry Christmas Party at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dublin – Burlington Road where a great night was enjoyed by over 300 industry representatives, particularly by the winners of the 38 prizes awarded – 25 Irish Travel Trade Awards, the Irish Travel Trade News Budding Travel Writer of the Year Award, 11 Prize Draws of tickets/holidays for two, and the Irish Travel Trade Awards Voters Prize.
The event was sponsored by Amadeus, DAA, Dubai Tourism, Hertz, Malaysia Airlines, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Tourism Malaysia, Travel Counsellors, and Turkish Airlines, and with the Spanish Tourism Office organising sponsorhip of the wines by Salou Costa Daurada and Priorat.
