FBD Hotels & Resorts has introduced fréamh, a new Irish made sustainable spa brand that will be exclusively available in the spas across its hotel portfolio; Castleknock Hotel Dublin, The Heritage Laois, Faithlegg Waterford and Killashee Kildare from mid-November. Brand Ambassador Rachael Blackmore is the face of the new collection, reflecting the essence of the beautiful Irish collection.
The Irish word for ‘root’, fréamh reflects “grounding, balance and a deep connection to the natural rhythms of our island”. The collection of 10 ritual treatments and 14 retail products have been created to restore calm, renewal and sincere wellbeing inspired by four themes around the elements of earth, sea, air and shoreline.

FBD Hotels & Resorts wanted to create a brand that would feel unmistakeably Irish, a collection born from our land, our tides and our people. To bring this vision to life, FBD Hotels & Resorts partnered with a 100% Irish owned wellness creator whose founder has over three decades of experience in the spa world – a true curator of calm, with a lifelong passion for restoring balance and wellbeing.
In collaboration, they designed an exclusive spa and retail collection that honours the rhythms of our island. Each product line is inspired by the natural elements that shape us, the grounding strength of the earth, the fluid movement of the shoreline, the breath of the wind and the deep calm of the sea.
The hotel group added: “Rooted in Nature. Guided by the tides, every ritual and remedy has been crafted to connect body and mind, to slow the pace, and to draw on the healing qualities of nature. Inspired by four themes, fréamh presents 10 ritual treatments and 14 retail products.

Fréamh ritual treatments and retail products are available at The Spas at each of the FBD Hotels & Resorts at Castleknock Hotel Dublin, The Heritage Laois, Faithlegg Waterford and Killashee Kildare from mid-November.
