ITTN is delighted to welcome Lorraine Hales as our new Head of Business and Connectivity.
Lorraine brings a wealth of experience and passion to the role. Prior to joining, she was Product Manager with Bookabed/TBO, where she played a key role in the team for hotel contracting, third-party supply, and marketing initiatives that strengthened the company’s travel offerings.
Through her own business iTravel by Lorraine, Lorraine achieved status of CLIA Cruise Master, and a certified cruise specialist across numerous cruise lines. Lorraine openly admits she may be “addicted to cruising” — cruise is her true passion and an area in which she has built deep expertise and strong industry relationships.
Lorraine is far from a newcomer to travel. She began her career in 1986 with Club Travel, working with Club Air and Aer Lingus, and has since held numerous roles across the industry. Beyond travel, Lorraine has been involved in several business ventures and holds a strong background in business management, e-commerce, and digital marketing and is also a certified trainer.
