Limerick travel agents joined the second night of the TTR Travel Industry Road Show 2025 in the Strand Hotel Limerick last night for another fantastic evening of speed-networking. The event began with a delicious buffet and drinks reception, where agents were welcomed to the upstairs panoramic room overlooking Limerick city where they enjoyed stunning views before the autumn sun set.
Key suppliers are joining the roadshow from across Europe and the rest of the world with tourism boards, airlines, travel insurance and payment providers welcoming travel agents to sit down to learn more about their products and services. Suppliers present include Bradley International Airport, WestJet, Made, Condor, Destination St. John’s and hotel chains like MGM Muthu Hotels, Zafiro Hotels, and Tivoli Resorts alongside Love Cyprus, Barbados and Jamaica representatives – giving agents a broad offer of ideas for the future of their travellers!
The speed networking section of the evening ran as smoothly as ever, with a full house of travel agents given ten minutes to talk to each supplier before moving onto the next. There are some fantastic agent incentives available for new and existing clients, and the event allows agents to ask questions and get answers quickly and efficiently in order to expand their own knowledge in the industry!
The raffle draw last night also saw some amazing prizes won by lucky travel agents- Michael Browne won chocolates and socks from Bradley International, while Anna Lis won from Destination St. John’s, Marene Naughton won a theatre ticket voucher from Made, while Stuart Barber won a bottle of the esteemed Mount Gay Rum from Barbados, Love Cyprus gave wine and olives to Shelia Tracy as her prize and Freda Lane won for Essential Detail, Patricia Russel won a 3 night stay at Sentido for two people with breakfast included, while Lynda Kavanagh won a 3 night stay with breakfast included from Zafiro Hotel, and Sophie Magan Cussan won 3 nights at the Muthu Golf Plaza Tenerife!
The TTR Roadshow ends this evening on their third leg at the Imperial Hotel Cork! The event details are as follows:
- 5:30pm – 6:30pm: Welcome drinks and buffet dinner
- 6:30pm – 9:00pm: Speed networking
- 9:00pm – 9.30pm: Prize Draw
