Round 2 of the Travelmarvel Moments of the Year Award is still open – but be quick, entries close TODAY!
A huge congratulations again to our first round winners, Jane Nevin of Arrow Tours with her photo “Summer in Utrecht” and Marie O’Shea of Marble City Travel with her photo “Loughboora”. Their entries impressed us with the creativity, strong composition, and a real sense of place.
That’s exactly what we’re looking for in Round 2. This competition is about more than simply snapping your Travelmarvel cup at your desk – it’s about capturing it in marvellous moments on the move. Think iconic landmarks, countryside escapes, hidden gems, or inspiring travel scenes abroad.
Six winners will be chosen overall, each securing a place at the Irish Travel Trade Awards 2025. On the night, one overall winner will be announced and awarded the grand prize: an eight-day European river cruise aboard the brand-new Travelmarvel Rigel, launching in 2026.
How to Enter
To enter, simply take a photo of your Travelmarvel mug in a memorable travel moment and send it, along with a short description, to [email protected]. Submissions are also featured on ITTN.ie, and participants are encouraged to share their photos on social media using #TravelmarvelMoments.
Entries remain open for round 2 until the 13th of September, and travel professionals are encouraged to continue submitting their best moments. Whether it’s along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way or on the canals of Amsterdam, each entry is a chance to win a place at the awards – and potentially, a river cruise in 2026.
