The Irish Open will be held at Trump International Golf Links Doonbeg – US President Donald Trump’s golf property in Ireland.

The decision was confirmed, today, by the DP World Tour and it comes just days after Rory McIlroy’s dramatic late win at this year’s Irish Open at the K Club, in Co Kildare.

Next year’s move will mark a return to links course golf for Ireland’s premier golf tournament and the first time Doonbeg has hosted a large tour championship.
