ANA Group Announces Revised Flight Schedule for the Second Half of FY2025

ANA HOLDINGS INC. has unveiled its updated flight schedule for the second half of FY2025, highlighting expanded international, domestic, and cargo services. The revisions reflect strong recovery trends in international travel demand and a continued focus on efficiency and profitability across Japan’s domestic market.

International Routes

ANA will increase flights on the following routes and will increase its flight count by 106% compared to the same period last year:

  • •Narita=Hong Kong route: Starting October 26, three roundtrips per week will be added, for a total of seven roundtrips weekly until March 28.
  • •Haneda=Hong Kong route: Starting December 1, seven roundtrips per week will be added, for a total of 14 roundtrips weekly until March 28.
  • •Narita=Perth route: Starting December 1, four roundtrips per week will be added for a total of seven roundtrips weekly until April 19.
  • •Narita=Mumbai route: Starting December 1, two roundtrips per week will be added, operating five roundtrips weekly until March 28.
  • •Narita=Brussels route: Additional flights will operate on December 15, December 22 and January 5. Starting March 2, flights will operate three times weekly with the addition of a regular Monday service.

  • •Kansai=Taipei (Taoyuan) route: Starting December 26, six roundtrips per week will be added, for a total of 27 roundtrips weekly until December 31.

AirJapan will continue operating its Narita=Bangkok, Narita=Singapore and Narita=Seoul routes to meet growing passenger demand.

Domestic Routes

ANA will increase flights on key domestic routes, including Haneda=Sapporo and Haneda=Fukuoka, to improve customer convenience and operational efficiency. Additionally, ANA will continue to adjust flight frequencies by adding or reducing flights based on a comprehensive assessment of travel demands, competitor airline offerings and other transportation methods to improve profitability and strengthen its domestic business. Compared to pre-pandemic levels, Japan’s domestic flight business has not seen a full recovery in business travel demand. Additionally, with increasing costs, it has become challenging to generate a profit. ANA will continue addressing these structural challenges in collaboration with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s “Expert Panel on the Future of Domestic Aviation.”

Peach will increase flights on its Kansai to Fukuoka routes in response to demand.

Freighter Routes

To meet freight demand, ANA will optimize its operations by combining freighters with expanded cargo space on passenger flights, building an agile transportation network and maximizing the strengths of its combined carrier model.

Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA), which joined the ANA Group on Aug. 1, 2025, is not yet reflected in this flight schedule. Utilizing its brand network, NCA will continue exploring flight opportunities within the ANA Group.

With expanded routes, strategic adjustments, and a strengthened cargo network, ANA aims to balance passenger growth with long-term profitability. As recovery accelerates, the airline says its focus remains on meeting demand, improving convenience, and building a more sustainable and competitive network for the future.
