
Spring Hotels has reaffirmed its commitment to the Irish market with an ambitious new focus on the travel trade, including the launch of a bespoke online education platform and an in-person agent roadshow led by UK Key Account Manager, Lawrence Peachey, who is currently overseeing the Irish region.
The move follows the launch of Friends of Spring, Spring Hotels’ new online help guide and training engine created specifically for agents. Designed to make it easier than ever to do business with the Tenerife-based hotel group, the platform gives travel partners instant access to images, property updates, and brand resources. It also initiates with a fun quiz to educate the agents about the properties.
Keen to bring the brand’s refreshed message directly to agents, Peachey recently completed a successful 7 County roadshow including visits to Kerry, Cork, Shannon, and County Cavan. The tour was designed to meet as many frontline agents as possible and provide a hands-on update about Spring’s growing portfolio and booking tools.
As part of the visit, Peachey provided agents with the latest developments from the group including the recent acquisition news of Sir Anthony, Mediterranean Palace, and Cleopatra Palace; key updates on flagship resorts Arona Gran Hotel, Hotel Vulcano and Spring Hotel Bitácora; tools and tips for navigating the new Friends of Spring platform and direct training on how to use the SpringPro agent booking platform.
The tour included an evening event hosted at the Annebrook House Hotel in Mullingar where Peachey co-hosted a dedicated training session for homeworkers, reinforcing Spring’s open-door approach and trade-first philosophy. The event was attended by 25 agents including.
