Dalata Hotel Group CEO Dermot Crowley has been confirmed as the latest guest speaker at this year’s Irish Tourism Industry Confederation (ITIC) annual conference.
Mr Crowley will discuss Dalata’s recently agreed €1.4bn sale to a Scandinavian consortium and what it means for its twin Clayton and Maldron hotel brands; and why he thinks it is good news for Irish tourism.
He will also discuss the outlook for next year.
Mr Crowley joins a star-studded panel of speakers including Minister for Tourism Peter Burke TD, tech entrepreneur Mark Little, Tourism Ireland CEO Alice Mansergh, AIB CEO Colin Hunt, Fáilte Ireland Chair Ruth Andrews, ITIC’s Eoghan O’Mara Walsh, Irish Heritage Trust’s Anne O’Donoghue, former Ambassador Dan Mulhall, and hospitality expert Francis Brennan amongst others.
This year’s ITIC Conference takes place on October 1 in Lyrath Estate, Kilkenny.
