Leading business travel management company, Access Bookings, has appointed Ashleigh Dillon as Client Development Executive at its Irish office in Ardmore Studios.
Ms Dillon brings a decade of extensive experience working with various production companies across Ireland, having filmed in locations throughout Europe.
She is now pleased to be channelling her expertise into the entertainment and media travel sector.
Commenting on her appointment, Ashleigh Dillon said: “It’s a hugely exciting time to be in the media and film travel sector in Ireland. We’re experiencing a significant period of growth, especially with Screen Ireland’s 2025 Production Slate launching over 80 planned productions across feature film, TV drama, animation, documentary, and short film.”
“I’m particularly keen to see their new Strategic Plan take shape, which includes ring-fencing €5.5m for nationwide development and Irish language production.”
In her new role, Ms Dillon will be responsible for growing Access Bookings’ client base across Ireland and her focus will be on providing seamless travel arrangements, enabling individuals and crews to move effortlessly from destination to destination, and negotiating the best deals for corporate travel.
“Irish film crews and talent travel extensively, both within Ireland and internationally. The logistics of organising this can be time-consuming and costly,” Ms Dillon explained. “That’s where our expertise comes in because we handle the heavy lifting so crews can focus on their core work. Furthermore, with the attractive tax credits, we anticipate even more crews choosing Ireland as a filming destination.”
