The escorted tour and river cruise specialist has introduced a “Why Riviera” module and video to reinforce its unique selling points to help agents explain the company’s proposition “with clarity and confidence”.
In addition, there are now modules on solo holidays and group bookings providing agents with practical booking tips to tap into growing markets, and a new section within “Rivers & Tours” on tour mobility to help agents match clients to appropriate trips.
