Travel Counsellors has launched a new short film that shares the company’s key message that ‘with us it’s personal’ and communicates what makes the company so special, as well as how it works, to potential recruits. The film is live at www.travelhomeworking.ie.
The film is part of a new programme of global branding that the company has invested in this year. This has included a consumer brand film and new recruitment websites, as well as a new website for consumers that will be rolled out in Ireland in the autumn.
Cathy Burke, General Manager at Travel Counsellors Ireland, said: “We have had a huge surge in recruitment numbers in recent months and we feel people are connecting with us more as a result of all the great brand developments this year. By featuring Irish Travel Counsellors in this recruitment film it ensures that there is a personal feel, which fits our key company message.
“Sales are really impressive this year and, despite the recent good weather, I am delighted to say we are up by almost 10% in Ireland so far this year.”
The recruitment film is timely as each Travel Counsellor, across all seven countries where the company operates, is earning more than ever, with average commissions per agent up 12% globally. Already an industry leader in the support it offers its agents, at the beginning of the year the company launched a series of new initiatives aimed at increasing support for individual agents and helping them to reach their personal goals. There have been large investments in training, with the launch of e-learning modules earlier this year, and the introduction of monthly global, live webinars with sales guru, Anthony Iannarino.
Bernie Whelan, Business Development Executive at Travel Counsellors Ireland, said: “As we continue to recruit professional travel agents and grow the Irish side of our big global family, we are confident that this film will strike a chord with those who work in the travel industry. It will be shared across social media, with the aim of reaching out to talented travel professionals across the country. The film is now live on our website www.travelhomeworking.ie.”
