Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa’s Accommodation Manager Izabela Rusinek and her team have once again been recognised with the Gold Medal Award for Excellence in Accommodation Services Standards by the Irish Accommodation Services Institute (IASI).

This esteemed accolade, awarded for the second year in a row, is a testament to the team’s dedication, meticulous attention to detail, and passion for creating outstanding guest experiences, management said.
Speaking on the achievement, Brian Bowler, General Manager of Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa, said: “We are so proud of Izabula and the entire accommodation team for continuously upholding the highest standards and making every stay at Aghadoe Heights truly memorable. This recognition reflects their commitment to excellence and ensures that our guests enjoy a level of service that is second to none.”

The IASI Gold Award is a mark of distinction within the hospitality sector, celebrating properties that go above and beyond to deliver exceptional accommodation experiences. To receive this prestigious honour, hotels must undergo a rigorous inspection and attain the highest standards across guest bedrooms, public areas, and bathrooms, achieving a score of 97% or above.
