The AWTE held its highly-anticipated Christmas lunch, sponsored by The Travel Corporation, at Urban Brewing in Dublin on Friday afternoon (13 Dec). The sold-out event brought together almost 40 members of the travel trade for an afternoon filled with festive cheer, lively conversations, and celebration.
Brian Hynes, Head of Sales at TTC, told ITTN “The AWTE is an amazing organisation. I love the fact that they support, encourage and educate all their members in the good times, and the bad… and TTC love, and will continue to support, the AWTE.“
Not only were attendees treated to a delicious lunch, but the afternoon also included a draw with some incredible prizes generously donated by suppliers.

Join AWTE Ireland
For any women in the travel industry who are interested in joining the Irish chapter of the Association of Women Travel Executives (AWTE), you can sign up here. Individual memberships are charged at an annual fee of €80, or organisations can sign up for the Corporate Membership which allows up to 3 members, for €200 per year.
AWTE is a not-for-profit organisation aimed at supporting and developing the careers of women in the travel industry in Ireland. Through their network and series of events, mentorship programmes and online forums, they aim to empower, encourage and educate members.
