Click&Go Holidays Boosts Team with John Grehan and Fiona Foster Appointments & Internal Promotions

Click&Go Holidays has announced a new internal structure designed to build upon the travel agency’s focus on customer service.

The restructuring includes two new roles, two new hires, and two internal promotions.

Pamela Hand has been promoted to the role of Contact Centre Manager, a new role within Click&Go Holidays, and Melissa Fagan has been promoted to the role of Holiday Support Team Manager.

Click&Go Holidays has also announced the appointment of two industry veterans to senior leadership roles: Fiona Foster as Chief Customer Officer, a new role within Click&Go Holidays, and John Grehan as Sales Manager.

Mr Grehan will be supported in his role by the recently created senior sales team comprising Will Walsh, Alan Preston and Michelle McMullen.
