Visit Central Florida Releases Learning Toolkit for Agents

Visit Central Florida has launched a new training platform for overseas travel agents to learn more about the region.

As a result, travel advisors can now learn about all there is to see, do and eat in Central Florida’s Polk County from the comfort of any screen around the world.

The Visit Central Florida Tourism Institute, an innovative travel advisor training and sales platform custom-created by mobile learning industry leader TravPRO Mobile, is much more than a simple educational course. It is a complete training, marketing and sales tool purpose-built for travel advisor partners.

The training channel features two multi-modal chapters that lead advisors through curated, interactive information on the attractions, accommodations and experiences in Lakeland, Winter Haven and the surrounding area. Exclusive insights and sales tips from top-selling advisor peers add value to the learning.

Once advisors complete the training course, they are  rewarded with not just a diploma as a certified Central Florida Insider, but by also unlocking the trademarked Sales Companion. The companion is a resource for advisors to maintain expert knowledge, start conversations with clients and prospects by sharing engaging creative assets, and ultimately make bookings with deep sales support tailored specifically to their needs.

In addition, the Visit Central Florida Tourism Institute is fully mobile. Advisors can download the iOS or Android app to keep this amazing learning and sales resource at their fingertips to share with clients anytime, anywhere, and from any device. Training progress and favourites are synced between web and mobile versions, so advisors can truly promote and sell on the go as newly certified Central Florida Insiders.

“As we become a more mobile and technologically integrated world, Visit Central Florida remains committed to providing information about our destination in the most digestible manner possible,” said Mark Jackson, the director of Visit Central Florida, the destination marketing organisation for Polk County. “TravPro remains the industry standard in travel education platforms, and we’re proud to partner with them.”

“We are so excited to welcome Visit Central Florida into TravPRO’s Sunshine State offerings and are confident that our innovative training and sales platform will continue to help advisors easily learn, promote, and sell Polk County anywhere, anytime, and from any device,” said Jonathan Cooper, founder and CEO of TravPRO Mobile.

Agents who complete the training course by Friday 6 December 2024 will be entered into a draw on the 11 December 2024. Three names will be pulled out and the first name will win a £100 gift voucher and the next two will each win £50 voucher.
