Cassidy Travel recently took home the award for Best Customer Experience – Online Retailer at the Customer Experience Awards 2024.

The awards ceremony took place on Thursday, November 14th, in the Royal Marine Hotel, Dun Laoghaire, at a glittering black-tie event that celebrated excellence in customer service across various sectors.

Hosted by RTÉ presenter Sinead Kennedy, the evening brought together businesses from across the country, united by their commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
