Princess Cruises Launches Revamped OneSource Agent Training Platform

Princess Cruises has announced the relaunch of its agent training platform, OneSource.com, designed to empower agents with the tools and resources they need to deliver exceptional service to their customers.  

The revamped platform boasts an all-new user-friendly experience that provides fresh and engaging material to help agents navigate all aspects of booking a Princess Cruises holiday.  

Key enhancements include: 

Site Tour Overview: This new feature provides navigation detailing how agents can access information and resources on the platform with ease. When first logging on, a pop-up appears with a guide showing how agents can get the most out of OneSource. 

Upgraded Customer Service Hub: Agents can now access a comprehensive library of FAQs and detailed guides, providing 24/7 support and reducing the need to contact Princess Cruises’ customer service team via phone or live chat. This translates to faster response times for agents who have more complex queries.  

Expanded Training Series: Offering a wealth of fresh content, the significantly enhanced training library includes updated guides on Princess’ booking systems, such as POLAR and Plane Sailing, as well as brand-new destination content and access to marketing toolkits.  

Engaging and Educational Videos: A new webinar page provides access to a library of eight new bitesize training videos, in addition to direct links to the Princess Cruises Sales YouTube channel, which features 29 new training guides. 

Centralised Brand Updates: New pages showcase Princess Cruises’ latest launches, press releases, and upcoming ship visits, ensuring agents stay current on the brand’s news and key information.
