Hilton Worldwide has said it expects RevPAR (revenue per available room) to grow by between 2% and 2.5% this year as a whole.
The hotel chain also anticipates its full-year 2024 pre-tax earnings will fall between $3.3bn and $3.4bn.
Hilton’s newly-published third quarter financial results show net income – for the three months to the end of September – show a net income total of $344m and adjusted earnings of $904m before tax and interest.
The chain approved 27,500 new rooms for development during the third quarter – 8% more than in the same period last year. Hilton also added a record 36,600 rooms to its system during the quarter.
