Topflight Travel Group Included in Ireland’s Best Managed Companies List

Topflight Travel Group has once again been honoured as one of Ireland’s Best Managed Companies at the 16th annual awards ceremony, held at the RDS in Dublin this week.

The prestigious awards, organised by Deloitte with lead sponsor AIB, celebrate excellence in Irish-owned and managed businesses across the island of Ireland. The Best Managed Companies program operates in 46 countries worldwide.

The awards programme acknowledges companies that excel in the four key areas: strategy, culture & commitment, capabilities & innovation and governance & financials. Topflight, an Irish family-owned business is home to well-known travel brands including Topflight, Topflight for Schools, Ski Beat, Directski.com, and Ski McNeill.

Speaking on the recognition, Group CEO Anthony Collins shared: “For over nine years we have embraced the Japanese Lean business management model. This model is fundamental to many large global organisations like Toyota and Nike. This approach has been pivotal to our ongoing success, helping us minimise waste, maximise efficiency, and significantly increase NPS and repeat business, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.”

“Being recognised with this award for the second consecutive year is an honour. It’s testament to the dedication and hard work of our entire team, who consistently strive to deliver exceptional holiday experiences. I also want to express my sincere appreciation to our valued business partners in Ireland and across Europe, many of whom we’ve had the pleasure of working with for many years. Your continued support and collaboration are integral to our success.”

The Topflight Travel Group offers a wide range of holidays. These include European ski holidays, escorted tour holidays, all-inclusive ski chalet holidays, a highly acclaimed Italian summer holiday programme and tailored ski holidays for school groups.
