Michael O’Leary Expecting 5%-10% Year-on-Year Drop in Air Fares for Last 3 Months of 2024

Ryanair boss Michael O’Leary has suggested average air fares are likely to be 5%-10% lower for the last three months of this year, compared to the same period in 2023.

Mr O’Leary was speaking ahead of the airline group’s annual general meeting for shareholders in Dublin.

Mr O’Leary said Ryanair could still see lower than planned new plane deliveries this year, but that planemaker Boeing should be back on production target by next spring.
