UK travel agent, Barrhead Travel, is set to open a second store in Northern Ireland, where it was recently named top travel agent.
In April, Barrhead Travel – which has one store in Belfast – was named NI Travel Agent of the Year at the TTG Top 50 Awards.
Barrhead, which is headquartered in Scotland, is on a recruitment drive in NI, the results of which will ultimately decide the location of its second store there.
“It’s the local people who know the market better than anyone else, which is why we plan on recruiting first and then working with the team to secure the perfect unit on the right high street,” Barrhead Travel president Jacqueline Dobson told TTG.
