Executive Head Chef at Redcastle Hotel Gordon Smyth said: “It was such proud moment to win an award for the food at Redcastle Hotel, especially considering the stiff competition in this category. I’m delighted to be a part of putting Ulster on the map as one of the best food destinations in Ireland, if not the world, as we create world-class cuisine here using local produce. The feedback from all our new menus has been fantastic also. The summer is always busy up here and we hope this news will bring in new visitors up to North Donegal.”
