Bus Éireann and Expressway Services to Run Sunday Schedule over St Patrick’s Day Weekend

Bus Éireann has announced that all services will operate a Sunday schedule on both St. Patrick’s Day, Sunday 17 March and Monday, 18 March.

This includes Bus Éireann’s inter-regional Expressway service which connects Dublin and Ballina, Cavan, Donegal, Dundalk, Letterkenny, Monaghan, Sligo, Waterford and Wexford, as well as services including Cork, Galway, Limerick and Tralee.

The company said: “We strongly encourage intending passengers to book their guaeranteed seat on Expressway at expressway.ie to benefit from a 5% discount for online bookings.

“It is important for all intending passengers to chec kboth our websites, buseireann.ie and at expressway.ie due to the significant amount of local diversions in place on St. Patrick Day.”

Real Time Passenger Information is available on the TFI Live app and at expressway.ie. Bus Éireann customer care agents will be available on 0818 836 611 between 8am and 6pm on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
